As you know weekends are off-topic days — I can post anything and everything. So, have a few things:
New About Page
If you haven’t noticed yet, I’ve fiddled with a lot of things in the left and right sidebars. What’s most important is on the right (as that’s where a human eye most notices things) and less important thigns are on left. With this change, I thought I’d write a witty new about page about myself and so I did. I personally think it’s too informal, but oh well — formality is for the traditional media.
Hilarious Self-Potrait
Trey Bean, an independant film maker, took a picture of himself everyday from May 14th 2004 to September 3rd 2005. He then edited it (tough tought job) and fired together a short short film which includes all the 400+ pictures he took in that time. It’s very interesting to see such a thing, especially when you compare the first picture he took to the last one he ends with. Long hair, beard, what all. I wanna do this with myself someday — someday.
Sergey Brin Interview
ITConversations recently published the surprise Web 2.0 conference interview of Sergey Brin with John Battelle. It’s an extremely interesting piece of interview — personally I think one of ITCs best published — and really shows what a cool guy Sergey is.
