It’s Sunday night here in my side of the world and I finally spared a weekend to give rev2.org a complete, complete design change. This includes everything from the logo to the font to that copyright footer you see if you scroll down. Now, I’m not a web designer by profession but I do know some CSS, Photoshop, PHP and HTML when it comes to it — 100% self taught (and therefore, extremely unprofessional when it comes to the process of designing).
I’ve just finished doing a final-draft, so a preview of what it would look like when it’ll go into action and I have to say it’s the best thing I’ve ever designed in my life. Of course, this is what I think on every design upgrade for rev2.org but seriously, you’ll have to see it to believe it. I don’t know why I’m posting this teaser, I guess just having a little break before I get into the nitty-gritty (importing/customising it into WordPress and CSS’ing the whole thing). Just as a note, though, if you’re reading this, do check back on Tuesday or Wednesday. You’ll see a whole new rev2.org which I hope you’ll like.
Also, now that I look at this design, it sucks! I mean, no offense to me about seven months ago, but what was I thinking? Ok, enough self-bashing. Back to work (and yes, it is 1am in the morning.)
