Farecast Tells You Where to Buy

Farecast is a new airfare 'prediction' service which helps you decide when to and when not to buy fares, and at what time they rise and drop. It's beta is limited to Seattle and Boston, but nonetheless I had fun using the service and wowing at the predictions. While it won't go worldwide any soon, I do hope such a service provokes one that does — I know I personally need one. :)
