An extensive discussion with their support team has yielded "... this may be due to your installation of Windows [that's causing it to not run]." Anyone have an idea of what to try? I've tried uninstalling, and that removes all the files. Only .exe's are installed along with some .png files for the GUI, so I don't believe any files need to be registered in the registry.
