A new tool called bubbl.us which has made waves on del.icio.us and the social bookmarking lot brings Web 2.0 to the concept of brainstorming/mindmapping. Based in Flash, bubbl.us is a really cool and easy way to brainstorm and save and keep track of your creations..
Users can create brainstorms by pressing tab and enter as they think of ideas. Objects can also be dragged and fit. Bubbl.us also automatically colour codes each one. Once a brainstorm is created, it can be saved a la Google Docs/Writely.
I really think neat tools as such should receive more recognition than they already do — I’m willing to bet more coding and thinking hours have gone into this than in many things I have written about in the past, so I will be doing these kind of quick posts to give the credit what they deserve.
