		<description>Metacafe already has tons of instructional videos and they have a whole category of them so they&#039;re easy to find. I wouldn&#039;t go to a new site just for something that I can find on a site I already use, especially since that site (metacafe) already has other great videos for when I want a break from the intsructional ones.</description>

The Smart player is a nice begining.
I&#039;ve embeded a video to my blog and it took the smart player with it - nice one.

BTH, I saw that 5min has a diffrent Flas player, which you didn&#039;t mention. They created tools soely for instruction such as zoom, slow moition, frame-to frame etc...
I&#039;ve neber seen a media player like that and it might do the difference. But again, I think only time will tell...</description>
