New Rev2.org Design (2007)

Apologies for the lack of posting in the past few days! The truth is that I’ve been really busy working on a new design for Rev2 — which I’m delighted to say, launches today. I like to have an yearly revamp because I find a lot of stuff changes in this time and a design can only be looked at so many times before it starts to get boring. That said, though, I have to admit I love this new design so much that I’m not sure if I will carry on this tradition for next year — I  guess we’ll have to wait and see.

I usually code my own designs and do so in a very bad way, but I’d like to mention that this year I was glad to have the help of Andy Mathijs from mindloop.be and FastSlicer who coded most of the design into valid XHTML/CSS which had to be ruined by myself when I imported it into WordPress. Andy did a great job and it literally took him only a few hours to transform my rough and dirty Photoshop comp into something real.

In any case, if you’re reading this through an RSS reader, do check it out, and either way let me know what you think of it through the comments or via e-mail.
