But, I am sure over a period of time, applications that are more meaningful for me will show up on Facebook. Till then, the Facebook Platform is just marketing spiel to me. The first most of the users saw of the change was a link in their news feed saying a friend installed this or that app - and the user would then click on it to find out what it is, and it spreads from there.
