Lack of support for the mixed output as a feed in itself renders this useless for my purposes...

I love the app -- it was easy to configure and get up and working, but I am wondering if they offer any customer support at all? I've got a sudden problem with dates (it says it's Wed. Dec 31 1969!) and I can't find anyone to help. I thought maybe it was a random fluke but it's been showing these dates for almost 24 hours now, despite the feed itself showing the correct dates. I guess what do I expect for free? :D

All-in-all a good concept with a few drawbacks.

1. As mentioned above no XML ... though you can do a lot with CSS and the javascript they give you, it would be nice to have some filtering or at least conditional commands in there.

2. Slow to update. Not their fault, they'd probably go nuts trying to capture the stuff in real-time, but there is a lag of a few hours between when you post and when feedburner catches it.

3. Never been too fond of having my content served by a third party ... particularly free ones who have no compelling reason to maintain a standard of performance. Their frequent slow-downs, time-outs, and outages have often left my site completely content-less. Granted I can't complain, since it's a free service.

It seems to me that Feedtwister does not work in IE 7! Everytime I tried to create a list, clicking the create button nothing would happen. I had to use Firefox instead to create my list.

Also, it doesn't look like you can get your data as an XML feed, instead all you can get you data by using a snippet of php or javascript code. Not too Web 2.0-ish...
