Hi Mark - First of all I want to apologize for the frustration you've expressed regarding your experience with vayama. It is certainly not our intention or desire for ANY of our customers to feel "cheated". With that said, please send me an email to feedback@vayama.com Attn David with a brief description of what you have experienced. Include your vayama Trip ID within your email as that will allow me to access your booking and review what has occured to this point. I'm confident there is a resolution available which will be mutually beneficial.
Sincerely,
David
Vayama Customer Relations Manager

Vayama is a cheat website. They took off very high fares and for cancellation as well not refunded my money till now. I used my credit card with them 3 times the transaction is charged to my card. I have to finally make the stop payment with my bank for this company. Don't even try this site, they will cheat you as always.

Mark
