ok maybe now that I tried it out I understand what Andrew is saying but, their effort should be rewarded, because eBay has been in the spotlight for a long time...even though buy.com has the better domain name, and although when you surf the web its much easier to stumble upon buy.com than eBay, people were never that interested in it. But if you ask me; I think they should start be partners. Then maybe change eBay's domain name?

You forgot to mention what a horribly thought out application this is - http://www.apprate.com/garage-sale-157/ I give it 2 out of 5 stars. There's no way to search for items on sale except by visiting your friends profiles individually and the company takes 5% of your final sale price. Facebook Marketplace is much better suited to this functionality.

eBay's Facebook application (eBay to Go) is well thought out and makes Buy.com's Garage Sale look like a fun CS project. (http://www.apprate.com/ebay-to-go-widget-104/ for our review)
