JRC, made of of
a K band Doppler sensor module.

The output electric power 7mW (typ)
A power supply, DC5V 50mA

The 2nd picture has been taken apart and the inner substrate has been just
seen. (The one taken apart is the same model, but a frequency is different from
a lot, so it may not be same at all).
Oscillation is using dielectric resonator, so even a small size seems able to
expect the stability of some level.
A lid stops at 6 horns of special screw (TP7).
The detailed
specification is a page of a manufacturer.
Please see O.
When a label is peeled off like the 3rd picture, there is a frequency trimming
screw, so when a frequency is a little when turning 6 corners of this
screw by a wrench, it's possible to adjust it.
It's dielectric resonator, so when a screw can become high-frequency at a
forced way and loosen, they become short.
How about for from bureaus of for experiments of 24GHz or a higher
harmonic blender of 47GHz receiver?
